Cars driven like an na. Why not get one then as u drive it like a na n no need for extra power? But of course if he gets done and fined or lost licence we won't hear about it. We all know we hate eating our own words. Gl but gg.Do yourself a favour and buy the book a long time member on here wrote. Road Kill by Craig Hodge. The law has changed, hasn't affected road fatalities though so their isn't one.

I dont see it necessary to post the obvious. but its a turbo n in inexperienced hands stuff can go wrong. no one chooses their luck.difference between now n then is laws n obviously there for a reason. u already see enough p plater fatalities just driving commodores, wrapped round trees, passengers wiped out by the idiotic driver behind the wheel. we all say we drive round n 'only' do a fwe skids on our mates property or private roads, how convenient. truth is we all know whats between the lines.if he gets done by the cops its his own fault n hope for his sake he doesnt come crying on here when he gets done. what would u do if your bro died in a car crash cos one of his p plate mates thought hitting 150 on a back road in a t was smart?? I know I have. sh*t I just hope you don't live in the sticks like I did when the statistics catch up with you. Sucks so much to be given the freedom of a car licence only to have it taken away from you for being reckless.

Posted 10/03/12 02:57 PM Share Posted 10/03/12 02:57 PM :popcorn:I think QLD is 200 fly wheel KW for a P plater?I think the kid is crazy but we all done stupid things. If he gets caught its his own fault and deserves to be punished to the full extent of the law. Not only will he be punished but will have alot of troubles getting a home loan or any loan. The whole no powerful cars for P platers thing is maybe the wrong approach in my opinion. I think they should just have to have a N/A car for at least 6 months and then any P plater who buys a powerful car should have to do a driving defense course and a course that shows them what happens if they screw up at there own cost.If they get caught stuffing around to much make them sell it and wait till there P's are over? I seen 50+ year old men still driving like "teens" Saying they have experience doesn't mean much. Even the best drivers in the world still crash.Probably should of just said " Im looking for a stealth look" hahaha.

Anyone ever noticed with the RBT's they just have a quick geeze at your license and flick it back to ya..?

Went to front of the car n checked for intercooler. Then says is it manual? As I went for auto licence n pops his head down to check the shifter in the car. Yeh I lost my licence n I agree with ppl having to do driver defence course but some people then think they're invincible after it n still manage to crash. One family friends crashed 3 cars since doing a course lol

Posted 11/03/12 01:01 AM Share Posted 11/03/12 01:01 AM Yeah my sister boyfriend had to sell his skyrine after so many offenses. He lost his license for a total or 3 years.I sore a P plater the other day driving a r35.... On RED P plates. In W.A you have your red P's for 6 months then you go to green P's for a year and a half then your off your P's. So 2 years in total. Pretty much the only difference in rules is that red P's cant drive after mid night or before 5am I think it is.
