brodiegreat New Member 12 Member For: 12y 11m 24d Posted 26/02/12 10:13 PM Share Posted 26/02/12 10:13 PM hi, ive just purchased a rapid systems v1 kit and started installing it the other day. ive run into a few issues with the fitment. can anyone tell me how they installed theirs? the only real issue ive come across is the plastic cross over bar at the front of the vehicle where the standard cooler mounts to, the new cooler is clearly not going to clear it. ive seen a few pictures of installed intercoolers on fg's and have noticed that this bar is missing (cut out). so.......I just wanted to know if removing this cross over is something that is commonly done or is removing it detrimental to the vehicle. if so ill just trim it to fit. thanks for your help.
