I live at the middle of a T-junction and even though it's a backstreet, there are about 5 different commodores that insist on flogging it EVERY time they turn the corner. There's also this very odd mitsubishi mirage.... seems to leave a track everytime he turns out of the street. And yes, just the 1 track mark lol

Guest XR09 Guests Posted 27/02/12 04:10 AM Share Posted 27/02/12 04:10 AM (edited) Farkwitts in cars who think they stand the slightest chance of catching me on my bike.Or dickheads who overtake me when I am holding back to have a run at a nice twisty section who get the SHOITES and give you the bird when I under or overtake them when I am on my roll through the bends. And lastly dickhead cagers who get one wheel in the dirt to let is overtake and shower us with crap and stones. Just stay the fark where you are and we will have no trouble getting around you. That's what a power to weight of 1.5 to 1 can do. There was an accident out the front of mine yesterday as someone decided to a right hand turn into oncoming traffic.Get woken up all the time by idiots losing it around that corner. Wasnt that long ago that one ended up parking in my neighbours garage - at 60kph...through a closed garage door...stopping on top of the car inside. Can't you read signs on the back of a truck saying do not overtake turning vehicles and plus trucks are only limited to 100kms an hour so when your sitting in right hand lane trying to overtake a car doing 90kms and then it decides to speed up to 100kms then a truck cannot go any faster. Undertaking is illegel and a truck with 45-60tonnes???? Really???http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/Safety/Queensland-Road-Rules/Road-rules-refresher/Overtaking.aspx"OVERTAKINGYou can overtake a vehicle on the left if:you are driving on a multi-lane road and the vehicle can be safely overtaken in a marked lane to the left of the vehiclethe vehicle in front is turning right or making a U-turn from the centre of the road and is indicating rightthe vehicle being overtaken is stationary and it is safe to do so."Undertaking is legal and has been since I got my licence in 2006. Saying that it is illegal shows that you need to refresh your road rules. Trucks should not be in the right hand lane unless absolutely necessary. perhaps go read the road rules before running your mouth to avoid further embarassment.According to TMR website if the vehicle you are overtaking accelerates to the speed limit whilst you are alongside them then you are to slow down and pull in behind them, otherwise you're breaking the road rules and since trucks are 'limited' to 100km/h then you get out of the overtaking lane, you can only overtake someone "if it is legal and safe to do so'.If you wish to argue this marky, please log into the following website and check it for yourself:http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/Safety/Queensland-Road-Rules.aspxMy biggest hate on the roads are people either using phones, reading the paper, chicks doing makeup, etc as they are not paying 100% attention to the task at hand... Both accidents I have been involved in involve complete lack of concentration.I'm with PAZZOnegger as to motorbike lanes, cause most car and especially bus drivers are just crazy
