nelsonian101 Donating Members 961 Member For: 16y 8m 13d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 24/02/12 01:54 AM Share Posted 24/02/12 01:54 AM I have recently had fitted a Turbo side airbox and K& N pod filter (with battery relocated) in a FGXR6T.I already have my left fog light removed with cold air feeding onto an after market engine oil cooler, and want to even things out.BA and BF cars appear to have more room in this area, but is it possible to fit some flexi hose from the drivers side foglight, feeding cold air into the new airbox (where the stock battery used to be.)Either drilling through the stock battery base plate, or on the engine side airbox wall?Has anyone tried this with an FG?Thanks. But they do have a little round circular..more ovaloid plastic mesh fitting there. Would fill the hole nicely where your spotty was.Also if you are worried about moisture or more crap you can put a bit of airbox foam and filter spray on it at the junction to your hose and airbox.But the filter should pick it up anyway.A bit of moisture is a way to raise compression he he just kidding Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
