I wouldnt bother with the generic tune, might as well hold out and get a new flash xcal or custom tune with vcm. If you do a generic it might blow the motor, it may not but do you have the money to risk it.

Fuel pump should be fine. Re-gap your plugs to 0.8mm. You should be able to make that power with basically just a tune but you can make it more easily and more consistently with other mods. However, if your going to go with a generic tune you won't be able to do much as you can't tune your car safely for a high flow cat without a custom tune. A decent cooler will help with making the power more consistent.

other mods?? with the flash?

making 250 at the rear without a huge amount of boost would be nice. im a fan of doing things differently.

250ish on 6 pound would be nice!!

Well your cat is one of the major restrictions so with a high flow you can make more power with less boost. With a full exhaust you an make more again. I doubt you'd be able to make 250 on 6 pound sorry to say. A stock car needs about 10-11psi to make 250. The less restrictions you have in your system, the less boost you you need to make the power.

The only thing is you can't really remove the restrictions safely without a custom tune.
