You know guys, rather than bagging the Maloo, you should be thanking HSV for it, for without it there'd be no Pursuit ute to talk about. The maloo has been the benchmark for street utes for years, with Ford only trying to win the SS/XR8 battle. I for one am happy to see the pursuit on the road, because HSV will only come back stronger in the next model, and the real winners will be those buying a new ute.

As for the name of the Maloo, I don't see the pursuit being much better really, is it named the pursuit because that's what it will be doing? pursuing the Maloo's rather than leading them???  :kissmy:

I'm not trying to stir up trouble, just giving you something to think about  :kissmy:

I agree totally with your FIRST paragraph. ;)

Wlcome to the forum

A friend of mine has a proton dealership in Melbourne, so if any of you want to trade in your T's for a rip snorting Proton Jumbuck complete sports bars and lowered with mags (Yes someone has had that done to thier Jumbuck) then just let me know.
