my new mw3+ launches 3rd no worries :spoton:

ps im stainless... the guy that *beep* in first post mentioned

pss. I havnt really launched 3rd Mick... that's retarded

psss. the new version apparently remedies a knock noise some of you fg guys are getting on start up, from flywheel hitting starter motor.

:hammerhead:

just to correct something, the flywheel was not hitting the starter motor and causing a knocking noise, the flywheels were cnc cut including the ring gear teeth and then the teeth hardened, the hardening process was causing the starter to give some noise like the starter was hanging on, basically a resonance was occuring from ther hardening process, this has been rectified by a new flywheel that you remove and refit the original ring gear to the new flywheel.

:)

just checking quickly did any of you have the shudder issue when engaging the clutch at low revs with the stock clutch, and did the mal wood opt 3+ rectify this problem?

haha im talking to myself a ltitle, after reading a few posts, im wondering could it just be the clutch slave cylinder? it only smelt like dogs balls when I did it, the clutch does not slip at all so when I accelerate full throltle in fith it contines to up in speed as well as revs. The only major issue is the loss of pressure!

I would greatly appreciate anyone helping me out haha becasue at the momment I was keen to spend my coin on suspension work but if the clutch needs to be replaced the coilovers will get postponed!

Cheers guys

The gearbox has to come out to do a csc, would be wise to consider the clutch while it's out if you are going to be chasing any power increase in the future

Ring Mal , you won't be able to ask him a question that he can not answer , Real easy to talk to as well .

Guys don't forget that he will also build a clutch to suit your needs not just what is advertised on his web site .
