Hi guys,

I have a three year old series 1 G6ET, 90 000km, have loved it except for a few little niggles.

I have just ordered the MKll, I have seen a few differences between the two that I have managed to pick out, but the dealerships are not too up to date with the differences.

What I have picked are,

Different holder for Ipod in centre console, with a USB Port added

Bluetooth music streaming

Sat Nav included

Larger info Screen

Mute button on Steering wheel

Obviously different front grill

Lockable Fuel cap

Slight difference with the spacer between the steering wheel buttons

19 inch wheels standard

dichloric low beam headlamps

Led running lights instead of Fog lights

Fuel efficiency a little better ???

does anyone know of anything different that has been added, especially the running gear, suspension etc?

Also, can of worms, what is the the colour that does the car the most justice????

Regards

JJ

I think the main difference would be how horrible they look compared to the series one. Appart from that the bigger screen is the only difference.

Also comes standard now with Reverse Camera and Alarm which were options as well as Curtain Airbags. I think that's about it though.

Are you sure? Pretty sure they were all standard on series ones too.

I just checked. You're right, Curtain airbags were standard. They added the reverse camera sometime after launch (maybe the late 2010 Update?) but they never had the Perimeter Alarm, that one was always an option (it's still up on their website as one at least) before MkII
