Insurance companies have to be able to prove that the unroadworthy factor caused the accident in order to void your insurance. My last car was written off last year, when they picked it up it was too low, too loud, tyres werent load rated, had walls, tint was too dark, headers while im on Ps, CAI and underdrives. But because I was doing about 15kmph at the time of the accident none of it was looked at twice.
