is it possible your not getting the NT05 upto temp?

or maybe you have a set that has gone off.

from all accounts on several forums its a great tyre for the price.

They may grip better after a burnout, but its hard to do that at a set of lights on the street. :launch::busted1:

do they sell nitto's??

No unfortunately however if you are selecting the nittos based on price and performance there may be other options if you look overseas :)

The site is a great resource for selecting rubber it you use their review and test system.

Expect to pay 350 odd for delivery to your door in Victoria on top of the price they offer.

You will not find a tyre that grips as well as the invo in that price range.

Jescam, you will struggle to find a tyre that will contain your power.

I have 400rwkw and around 370 with the e boost off which is how I drive it on the street, the Invos will not hold 2nd gear but do well with 3rd unless the tyres or road is very cold.

For grip on the street I beleive the Invos are great.

The NT05 is grippier but may need more time to get up to temp which may not be possible depending on how long your on the road for.

275's will be much better than the 245's you have now but are still not enough in my opinion which is why I am looking at moving to a 305.

There's no point having 500rwkw if you cant put it to the ground so get the widest wheels and tyres you can fit.

George.

Just remember Australian retail prices are always higher than O/S prices. For example,In Australia a Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245/35/19 is $696(retail )a corner....bloody criminal !

I just got the price for those and Tire Rack will ship 4 Michelin Pilot Super Sport in 245/35/R19 for under $1500. It would cost almost $2500 in Australia before fitting :headbang2:

Over $1000 and you pay an added tax so try and keep it under $1000

Well, the only way to do that would be to split it in to two lots of two tyres but then you would have to pay shipping twice as well which means you'd wipe out any GST savings I think...

Under 1000 for goods they don't count shipping charges :-)

Should be same cost if they send two shipments anyway because they send two bundles of two tyres ;-) ;-)

Just checked Tirerack as I'm interested in these tyres once my Dunlops wear out, and the price was $1090 after conversion. How did you get them under $1000?

I meant taxes apply over 1000. They may be able to separate the shipment for you. :-)
