ive always been under the impression if your car wasnt fitted with hid from factory theyre illegal, n fog lights in general we all know u can get done for them being on. but cheap and look pretty good, even knowing what I just said id still install them lol. they look nice imo, until one d*ckhead has them aiming high n theyre blinding!

Yeah not legal, they have to be self cleaning I believe and in a specially designed headlight with cutoff.

Legalities aside, they work ok in some cars stock headlights, others they are worse than stock.

The FG aren't too bad with a decent set of globes.

philips blue vision and their others, crystal and diamond vision globes are nice but very pricey for their lifespan, which is very lame and short!

I have hids in my car. I wouldn't go back to globes. Mine are aimed very low though.

I tried blue globes. Hopeless.

And dillz that's not cheap at all. $50-55 max

That's all I pay for my HID's. I found the 35W globes a bit dull though so I went the 55W and they're much better. Yes they are legal but just try and make sure you keep them pointed down.

I generally buy off this guy. He can usually ship from Aus but sometimes I've got them for under $50 shipped from China.

You sure they're legal?

They wouldn't be ADR approved at that price (but neither are the coolers, king springs etc etc we fit) and the headlights are supposed to be self cleaning/levelling and a projector lens.

If they're angled down to stop blinding oncoming drivers, how effective are they? You using them for hi/low hi and fog lights?

No harder to fit than a normal globe. Just plug old globe connection into ballast, then connect new bulb to ballast. Takes 2 minutes lol.

Anyways I get mine from a seller called z-labs. You can just go to his house and buy them direct.

I bought a fog light kit and a low beam kit. Was 90 all up. Didn't buy from eBay.

I have also purchased from a seller 95soarer-

Was more expensive but REALLY good quality.
