So I seen spool imports have a rebuild kit for $2195 which includes spool rods, cp forged pistons, head gasket, alc main bearings and alc big end bearings. From what I can gather I would also need a billet gear oil pump. Anything else im missing?

Will have a proper look on my computer. I guess ill only go as much as the standard turbo will go. Driving the car only once or twice a week I tend to just cruise, with some wot from time to time and I might even take it to sydney to see what it could do. Unless your after huge power or want it for drag racing etc it's not worth it IMO. Just get an F6 short and get ford to bolt it on.Will be reliable handle 400 if tuned well and will drive/sound the same as your current one. It's the labour part that gets ya the actual parts arnt that bad.
