15psi is way too high man. I'm running 280-90 with stock crossover and k&n, with stock cat and only 10psi

How hot was it on the day? I lost 30rwkw on the same dyno due to heat.

Going by your prices and sig it looks like Spiro (Autotech) has tuned your car. If so then his dyno reads low if you compare the same mods to other shops. I agree with Ryno that a standard turbo on 98 will not net 400rwks on Autotechs dyno. Mine went 375 but I've seen other guys on these forums that have gone over 400 with similar mods. If you are happpy with the car then I would not worry about that piece of paper. A dyno is just a safer way for a tuner to tune your car. Enjoy your car and take it down to the drags when you get a chance. MPH is a good indication of the power you have.

15psi is alright. All depends on timing.

Looks like you've lost the power due to the timing from what you've said in your posts.

Take it back to the original tuner and get them to dyno it and log everything to compare against your original tune. You'll probably find it's running a lot less timing now.

The knock sensors in some of these cars can be a PITA and constantly remove timing. My old BA did this. It would never hold the power it was tuned at because the timing was being reduced. My tuner adjusted how much timing could be removed in a single event but it didn't make any difference. In the end they tuned it with plenty of head room and turned the knock control off all together. It was the only solution.

My current BF doesn't have this issue.

Yeap tuned by sprio, pulled 306rwkw with 15psi!

Took it to another dyno 2 months later for a checkup and pulled 259rwkw second shop said timing was low and afrs were alright,

It's a shame I'm hours away from a Strip!

Oh lord another "why does my car read so low" thread.

Figures dont mean a great deal. Does your car feel quick? Are you happy with how it performs? If so then who cares if it has 200rwkw.

My FG has a little over 300 where as my BA had about 350, according to the "dyno". But my FG, in real world applications, would destroy it.

Dyno numbers would be relevant if every car was measured on the same dyno under the same conditions.

I don't think you can compare gas to fuel.

I understand but when you pay top dollar for a service I expect that service to be carried out! I understand all dynos differ but I posted the question because that much of a variance I wanted to hear thoughts on.

I am happy but if 259rwkw and 15psi is correct then NO I'm not happy! Would you be considering all the mods that have been completed.

Are you still running the stock hotside pipe to the AVO cooler? BA catback might be letting you down too?
