Through being greedy and over investing in real estate. I am now renting out and in.

Was doing ok then moved in with the GF. Rented my place out. And then stupidly turned that over into also buying a rental with her.

Anywho a bit firther on and she put up another hoop one night. I wagged my head instead of my tail and I got the usual threats,

I jumped the hoop and was moved out before she got home the next day. She had no idea. Ha ha I was such a deviate that night I made me blush. Not an easy chore.

Anywho I rented a lux on the beach for a bit too pamper myself then lived alone a couple of streets back. I got bored and it is the age of self improvement. To be honest I was a buck fifty short on the budget a week and sliding.

So I thought, hey you hardly ever go out. Your freeken anti social. Well yup I'm not really into going out. So I thought I would live with a few.. Found a fantastic old Queenslander on 5 acres with four blokes. Sounds a lot but the house is massive. 7 bed, pool room, media,2 lounges just massive.

One guy is an Olympian, repped a few times for Aus in the big O's. Now has cancer and a broken hip. The cancer has moved into the crack in the hip. Not much more painful and not much any painkiller can do.

He would have more dignity in his little toe than most of us will ever muster in two life times. I have never heard him swear or why me. Nothing but head held high. A strange bloke, but yeah loyal and honest to the enth.

The other guy fell off a roof working in his twenties broke his back and fell through the cracks. Forty now, will never work again. Will never be able to shag again. And not one cent from anyone. His uncle whom he worked for when he fell had no insurance. The uncle is still building houses and doing above av. Life deals some tragic blows. And of course he is the nicest bloke. But yeah he is down.

And of course my new best friend.

This guy seemed ok. Very funny if not a bit stupid and course. I've only been in just over four weeks. And I am always busy. The house is big and you don't see anyone else much.

The week proceeding this guy started to really bug me. He was always pissed by the time I got home from my first job. LIke 1.00pm

I'd had my kids all weekend. Took them home Sunday morning and was back by eleven. This *beep* was already drunk. And course and just being an Fwit.

I suffer fools really well and explained this fact that I did to him.

He left sulking. He is the same hight so forth but has maybe ten twelve K on me. I know it's all beer and I have been told he can drink a carton a day. What I was not told is that he does everyday. And more we would find out later.

I've been bantering on to tell you what happened and still have trouble broaching it.

One housemate left after my scolding of the idiot. The other told me I better lock my door. Then preceded to tell me how these two had been given grief by this gentleman. One even physically assulted resulting in him going to hospital for the night.

And they could not get rid of him.

I rang a mate... He explained the proceedure. If you want someone out. It is not easy by law. You can get them out for a day..maybe two. But if they behave and don't give the plod or mental health grief. There out again. My friend dissapeared into the night and has not been seen again yet. Ohh no it gets better. Yes he has. He was pulled over...not sure what transpired or how the hell he was not breathalised and caught. And they let him go because they had no idea..yet.

The housemate with me was pretty scared. Like he is forty but he kept looking at the door. He was the one that went to hospital. Now I know this is starting to sound farked up and made up. Yeah whatever. I am hoping like sh*t this guy gets Whacol. I have friends there.

So he proceeds to tell me how my new friend once abuse the other housey for three days, eighteen hours a day. Things like ha ha look at you now you cripple. Your useless and your gunna die soon. The victim is the rower. The x O

My new friend started shouting stuff down the hall. He was brave again. And happy laughing lots with his insults.

I went out and donw half way and actually spoke quite calmly to him telling him it was time to go. Just get out and I wont involve the police. He crossed the gap pretty quick. But the carton under his belt didn't help his cause and it was pretty non aventful.

Maybe an hour later he is under my bedroom window where my bed is. It looks down the veranda. I can hear him calling me an Fing C. Your gunna die you Fing C. It was not loud and you had to strain to hear it. Some times you just could notmake it out and somtimes louder. This went on for about ten or so minutes. Then he moved away..crawled.

I got out of bed and moved away from the window and bed onto the lounge at the end of my bed. It's in the corner so I can see out the window and the door to my room.

I have lacey like curtains you can see through. At night with the wall light on outside it reflects off them so you cant see in. So I knew he could not see me. I think/hope he thought I was asleep.

What I saw come out his bedroom door and what it was doing on the veranda just outside my window. Was not farken human.

Last night when I finaly could sit down alone. In this place I am. Where very very few people know I am. It kept flashing back in my head. I cried my eyes out for six hours solid.

They bead up now and are. But I'm ok. I am a fairly tough cookie and have had shiote before..

But seriously..I have never seen anything like that before and never want to again. It's movie shoite not real life.

He was crouched in like a crab position and angled to the window. He never stopped moving, his legs were like fans but his arms were waving lightly and slowly.

Abd there was a few of him. Different voices and head positions. This all going on at once and going on for a long time.

And the few personalities got into a debate on if they should kill me. Then how.

I thought there was some good ideas in there.

I laugh but yeah. I'm fairly tough mentally. Not a HE man at all. But I have had to deal with shoite and seen a bit of crap. I got a PTSD plaque to proove it. And it took about half a dozen good eisodes in a rwo to get that plaque. But I ain't never seen shoite like that.

It turns out he is Bi Polar. And on a medication program of a 30 box of beer, dope and crack a day diet.

As I said I am not social. My room is massive and I am busy. So I guess in a month I put in an hour playing pool with this guy and a few G'days. I start the day at 4.30 and go through till I crash. Mmm never did see this guy eat anything but pizza and curry takeouts.

But he seemed ok. Not my type but few are.

So there ya go. Memo from a hostage. Or Meet my new friend the axe weilding maniac.

Sorry sor the rant. I am so bored and slee is not really an otpion. Got two hours sleep last night. First since I woke on Sunday. I'm way too old for this.

And if you find yourself in this position one day. You will find QLD law on this subject is re-active. Not pro-active. In fact it's very much pro active.

But if he does kill me... I am covered then. And I got that going for me. It really is beyond a joke. And it's not just this. They can do what ever it takes to get a speeding fine out of you.

But if you knew how hard it was to actually get a proper crim or madman into jail in qld.

Doesn't sound like a good situation to be in. Especially if you have your kids there.

The guys sounds that f'ed up that moving in with the ex sounds like a better option than staying there!

f*cking oath mate.. Not sure where you are but there is bound to be people close to you with couches.. Mines available (even got a spare room with an air mattress).. But you said beach.. Im not very close to a beach.

I will also add that my mother has bi-polar.. Who you described is actually split personality.. Schizophrenia.. If there is a discussion occurring between the controlling personalities enough that stance and head position change and the conversation is violent he's more messed up then you have probably yet seen.

1) get out!!

2) if not an option do whatever you can for the other blokes.

3) report it to the police.. They can't do anything off a report but it puts your concerns on file just incase something happens.

I don't know them from shiote. The two dissabled guys. And I am out. They are still in the house.

The boys are going to do a few fly buy and everyone has the car tagged. I had photo's of the crap heap. But I know how many are a trolling tonight and it is a scary thought. If you have a problem where I am tonight. I would deal with it yourself. Or wait...and wait...and wait.

The guy will have a photo of me beside his bed for the rest of his life unfortunately.

I don't have a problem if he takes me front on, in the light and I am conscious. But he wont. He is by his actions a very weak and gutless person.

I've had to have my number changed as telstra don't block. He is a good texter : they were rapid. But now no one knows my number and I am not meant to really say. LIke he does not know me and has only met maybe half doz friends that have come over and he did not sit with us so only really hi hi sort of thing.

I will move back there. The other two are nice blokes. They do need a hand now and then, but they keep to themselves for most and it makes the house emtpy.

I am use to dealing with people like them so it's kinda nice to help. Makes you feel good.

I lived in a set of units with a bi-polar one minute the nicest guy in the world the next a f***n loony running naked into my unit at 11pm telling me he was jesus and I was god while trying to feed me half a mullie stem and all haha, call the mental hospital and get him picked up.....

I'd get in contact with the local mental health people too. They may already know of him.

Unfortunately they work slower than the council, so it could be awhile before anything it done.
