I had fitted the larger FMIC and Growler intake and intially the car went a little better(not as much as I was expecting) but none the less I thought it was just the exhaust and standard ECU still holding the power of the beast at bay, but as I did a service on the car in the weekend I pulled the top alloy champer off to replace the spark plugs and found the rubber joiner that is on the throttle body was 30% gone! and man when I seen this I was so releaved to find this as this explained why my car had felt like it had lost power even though fitting those bolt on upgrades...but back on topic I need to replace all of the joiners just for pure satisfaction its not gonna happen again a few months down the track as I do drive it like I stole it, lets face it I am a drifter and buying the XR6 Turbo was one of the first things I had to do when I moved here to OZ they are great car with great power!, so does anyone know if there is a silicon option to replace these or does everyone just replace them with genuine Ford parts which are $55 each, if there is a silicon option can anyone tell me please and the size that is required, as I am 1000km away from my car for work I can't just remove and take down to the nearest Repco or Autobarn to match up to a universal silcon joiner....any info is most appreciated

Those factory joiners are crap. Not 100% sure on the replacement sizes but I'll get back to you if I find out. You'll also be replacing that wog cooler as soon as you find out that it doesn't cool very well haha. I went through the same thing.

My joiner to the trottle bodie cracked and I was losing all my boost. I refused to replace the old joiner with the same crappy ford ones so I brought a 76 mm silicon joiner off eBay and barely squeezed it on it looks good and works a charm. There is a 80mm option that fits better but I couldn't find it weeks ago. Give those a try
