G6e - don't mind me asking, what's ball park $$$$$ for all the mods. Ball park

I would guess maybe around $10,000? Also, he's put in an LSD which is standard on the XR6T and F6/F6E and that's probably ~$1500-2000 installed by itself.

For all the mods? Including the brakes, full suspension with upgraded bushes in the rear, new tyres all round and ZF service with 75k service ect or just mods for more power. It's over 15k all told now but that includes absolutely everything. I'm sure there will be plenty out there who will tell me I could've done it this way or that or done it cheaper if I'd gone here or over there. Don't bother with those comments if you are going make them please :thumbsup

Your meant to run them in? Whoops....

It was done this way to allow the bearings to bed in properly. Don't worry XYZ I've copped an ear bashing from all and sundry about it. This is what I was told to, so I did it :) I know of a guy who did 40 laps of a race track in his car the day after his TrueTrac was fitted... it was done in an attempt to keep the diff quieter later in it's life.

Yeah powerskids were part of my run in!!

And plenty of other people's run in routine Lee lol :)

That's about right mate, it doesn't have a stock diff in it like the factory cars. The car now has a proper mechanical LSD, not clutches here just gears! Powers down good and proper too! Wouldn't change a thing!

Cheers Ryno!

That's the plan mate! Speaking to Ryan at BPR he was joking away as we all do when there but he did say there won't be much on the street on 4 wheels that'll have a hope. He said look for the kids on 2 and give them a scare... playing with sports bikes in a 2T Falcon, now, that sounds like a hell of a lot of fun!
