Anything running an auto that can be fitted with a high stall can get there with lower power. I believe JP300 got a 10 running around 380rwkw

Posted 21/09/12 06:59 AM Author Share Posted 21/09/12 06:59 AM Will-82 the best I have (and it's still crap) is the car running for the first time out at Heathcote. It's the last car on the video. The video shows my absolute lack of prowess at the burnout as it runs an 11.7 or something like that... just for fun the 'burnout' didn't even strip the stickers completely from my brand new slicks hahahahahttp://www.fullboost.com.au/video.php?id=894&startRow=0&endRow=10&page=1&year=2012Pookey I reckon Senna is right on that, it's going to take a more aggressive tune for starters down low but also more power. Currently the car has under 400 at the wheels and we are going to have to change that Jack

Saw you again on the long bulla road exit. Could you overtake someone on boost from 200m back.

Right at this stage I would prefer not to change the intercooler simply because the PWR is already there when we lean harder on the ZF I have a feeling I'm going to need a billet input shaft before a bigger intercooler. We'll see! It gonna be a fun few months either way!Did I pass someone from 200m back? What day did you see me? Bip the horn next time Jack

Posted 25/09/12 07:58 AM Author Share Posted 25/09/12 07:58 AM Another small update Everyone loves their mates! Especially when they share the same passion for cars and even better proper fast Fords! So from that, one of my best mates bought himself an FG GS Coyote blown 5L a little while ago. I helped him get in to a great car. With tune done already (VCM Suite... will be a BPR Tune soon) came with KPM catback, 20" Argent copies with 10" rear. A wonderful car made better with 6 spot Brembo's up front now.He was looking on with all the stuff with my car and couldn't wait till he too was able to head to Blue Power just a service first to set him up for tune time soon enough Theo set him up with a Performance service on his car. Superb service again lads even short handed as you were. Bazza is still talking about it now!Now on to my stuff This is my mate Baz... 'working' on my new tailshaft. Gotta love the boys at BPR. Take a photo and send it to him just to tease Baz says... Nah they always know better... grab a tool and pretend to work on it and then we'll take the pic and send it on The new tailshaft has been strengthened on both the front and the rear section. Detail of that right now is a bit thin unfortunately as Chris organised it all for me and wasn't available to explain what was done just yet (his young fella has been sick the last few days). I'm not in a position just right now being 70km or something from them during the day due to work anyway but it will be fitted soon enough Then it's time to get my spare ZF to the boys billet input shaft time The long hours and travel etc for work are starting to pay off!Jack

It's more fun on slicks for me anyway Jack
