Finally someone sees the light, not all about numbers or bragging rights.

Oh and Jack I think Stainless is doing another lot of intakes soon, should get in on that.

Interested in your turbo upgrade, where you getting it from?

It is through BPR mate. Brand new fitted with 8lb actuator, ported with bigger flapper already done. Having a quick peek in the engine bay while the car was on the dyno this afternoon... it's a big bugger! Certainly more noticable than the baby turbo. Turbo outlet pointing straight in the air and a clear Garrett written for all to see!

Thank Dillz, I am not in to who's dick is bigger etc... really in the end I have to live with it. I am the one that will get to smile when my garage door goes up at 5am every morning. Cannot wait mate.

Why not fit a 12psi actuator? I didn't think 8psi actuator would hold 16psi???

Moreso a question for Theo at BPR. I did ask though, it is basically the lowest point that the car can go down to when things go wrong if I recall correctly.

Put a 15psi actuator in and the least amount of boost the car can run is 15psi, put a 12psi then the same applies. Things go wrong and the ECU knows about it and can correct it then it can't bleed enough boost off to fix the problem. That is basically how I recall the conversation.

Beauty of a built motor you can start at a 14lb actuator!

New Turbo on order to!

8lbs will be fine mate as long as you don't want to go over say 18lbs!
