Reason for that is that BA drivers seat position can be lowered almost all the way to the ground. BF has a very high sitting position. Me being tall I'd prefer lower sitting position. I believe the reason you can't lower BF seat all the way down, is because of the seat belt minder and side air bag electronics that are under the drivers seat.
