Took my new baby down to get cleaned and polished before taking the photos, & the guys pointed out there is overspray all over my car (most likely from when hail damaged cars that were "fixed up" in the yard near my car). Also, there are swirl marks in the paint from where the overspray was dragged all over the car from the bloke who washed it pre delivery. (that explains why the car was only half cleaned when I picked her up!!!) Also they pointed out marks in the hard lid that they do not believe that they can fix, requiring a replacement hard lid. Sorry to hear about the sloppy service though, it's not stuff that could have slipped through pre-delivery unnoticed so you'd be justified in having a massive tantrum.
