Dont do it marty. Its like the signature of the car, the five letters that strike fear into the hearts of rice car owners everywhere.

And I wouldnt want to be pulling up the bonnet every time someone doesnt believe its a turbo.

On the other hand though it would be good to see the look on thw face of the bloke that thinks he can burn you, not seeing the badge and all...

Just my 2 bobs worth...

Marty,

When I purchase my 'T' I will be de-badging it. Mainly for reasons of theft and damage. The turbo seems to say take me.

I will be looking at doing some minor mods to mine and would prefer to have the 'T' as more of an understated character but knowing the full potential.

cheers ppl...yeah not sure, its staying atm...however the thought of the pondering broken hearts left in my wake as they are all burnt off sorta gets me going...LOL....but then again the truth hurts if they know to take on a T in the first place anyhow...correct.

I left mine on cause I paid good (extra) money for the T ... I want everyone to know what I'm driving.

If, after that, they still want a piece of me ... their problem, not mine.

I would have liked a "T" down with the "XR6" on the skirting.

bloody name brand shoppers, Marty69 give the bystanders something to ponder. These other guys would have loud speakers on the roof raving to others what they got & what it cost if some one would install it free of charge.

Hmmmm ............ Ranting even after lunch, must still be hungry.

I'm starting to think that de-badging is not a bad idea .... anyone can hear the ute coming .... no need to spell things out to people :banghead:

and with no badges, the parked car could be safer, though one look at the zorst gives things away too
