im running 365rwkw on my built stalled btr and its ok at the moment.

get a good trans cooler- bigger the better, with a thermo fan if poss.

I blew up 2 so far. 1 stock and one built (second hand). this one has au planetaries and a couple secret tricks apparently.

will def go c4 next time being as its now a sunday car and doesnt have to be practical.

mine was taking 360kw with ease before but with my latest mods I'm looking for about 450+kw..

also have quite a large bar and plate type trans cooler mounted up front.. was thinking about doing away with current cooler and mounting a mammoth cooler up underneath the tub where the spare wheel assembly once lived.. lots of room for a big cooler and fan/s.

oh well I'll see what happens..

if it continues to fail I'll skip all the bullsh!t and go with a turbo 400.

it'd just suck to bin the btr as I have spent a small fortune on trying to make it work.

after many beers, a busted finger and a bit of swearing the new box is in and functional..

3rd time lucky hopefully.

going to put a few KMs on it before I go round 2 with the dyno. y2aba8e6.jpgbyjahy8y.jpg

also re-tensioned flywheel bolts and welded them in place a6uduguz.jpg

Nice write up. Would you mind explaining this " easily removable plumb back section ".attachicon.gifimage.jpg

Thanks

it's a 4 bolt flange cat, so I can undo the screamer pipe and flange bolts, insert v band cap onto open plumb back port, rotate cat 180 degrees and bolt back together to have ext gate venting to atmosphere when ever I feel the need
