When we had out motorbikes stolen, old boy put 3 in hospital. 2 more gor away then got caught with the bikes and charged.

Someone may or may not have done something to the car. The car may have broken down about half an hour after leaving court.

They may have got what was coming.

Your brother been in the sh*t a lot before? This would be taken into account and why he is being fronted in court over a joe bloggs dob in.

Over here you need 2 witnesses to dob you in just to get the warning over it, haven't heard of anybody being summonsed to court after being dobbed in, they can't have the system set up this way, what if my neighbour hates the fact I have an F6 and he doesn't and dobs me in because of his personal problem, this "Dob in Hoon" idea can be abused easily.

This debate will keep going and going. As some people have said, there will always be idiots out there and so there will always be idiot cops as well.

I personally have a dislike for cops because my ex went through the police academy and I have never seen a more morally corrupt institute ever. They were told unofficially that they can flash their badge if pulled over for speeding and the other officer would let them go and that's only half of it. I was also told how highway patrol took them out when they were fresh on the job and showed them what the cars could do on public roads which included drifting, burnouts and excessive speed. Apparently cops are only human as well although they do have a tough job to do. I'm not sure I would want to see half the sh*t some of them see.

The other side of it is how many times artificial defects are given. As an example I had a mate that got done for his aftermarket front bar being too pointy. I was on the receiving end as well once. Went sideways a bit around a corner and an unmarked car was behind me. Pulled me over and I was willing to accept the consequences of my stupid act. A male and female copper got out of the car and the female copper started immediately shooting off her mouth that my back tyres were bald (they were a month old) as well as several other bullsh*t comments. The male copper essentially told her to get back in the car, gave me my fines for my wrongdoing and everything was fine. If he hadn't been there I shudder to think of the defect notice I would have received. Cops are human, they can be unfair and vindictive as well.

Not what the cops told me when I dobbed in a young dick in a commonwhore drifting an underground car park while me and my son were walking through, seeing as violence is not a good look for the boy I opted to f*ck them over with the law and even then that didn't work, certainly scared the sh*t out of them when they realised what I was doing though.
