No burnout, no other witness, no police evidence, nothing. He is labelled guilty for hooning and must prove himself otherwise when it's his word against some random bloke. He is already up for over $2k in legal costs and the magistrate hasnt even heard his side of the story yet.Our state is becoming ridiculous.
