I've read a few types of coolers can be difficult to fit it too. Otherwise its easy as!. . Undo your hose clamps. Gentle pulling and wiggling then new ones on. The bumper could probably stay on if you have gifted hands. I'd imagine the tray would have to come out though. I fitted it to the std cooler and it was fine, but with my nizpro cooler now, the cooler is slightly off centre cause the hot side pipes won't budge. I could have re-done the hot side pipes to get a better fit, but I cbf and I don't think it would have made much difference..
