I can confirm this is true

I can also confirm federal 595's with the same issue

And I know of one other tyre but forget the particular details.... I'll have to think...

sh*t that's what I just put on for the next few mths while I wait for 2x Dunlop TTs to arrive. Have the TTs on the front and they grip really well, never slid out on the front. Even at the last cruise on the twists, I tried.

I'm due for new tyres soon.. Currently have MAXXIS MAZ1's and have been happy with them. Now looking into getting Kumho KU31's for a change. Has anyone here experienced both of these?

Which of these are better? What would you go for?

Achilles are OK, If you spin them up alot they are nice and cheap and are a good all rounder. If you want better grip then the Kumho KU31 are better and still cheap. I can go through a set of achilles in a weekend. 275/30/19 $142 each

I'm using Nitto NT05's and am really surprised at how grippy they are. Took a corner quite a bit harder than I should have and nothing! Not even a hint of a problem except that I was caught out by the unexpected grip lol
