My car has a generic tune in it and cooler with piping. so far so good but my fingers are crossed until I get it tuned. Dump and cat will definitely need a retune though. Dillz Three pedals are better then two.. People on here have given their cars an absolute hammering with intake and bigger cooler on stock tune without it leaning out.To me it's more of a waste of time and money upgrading your cooler then not tuning your car to suit. Having said that if your running a generic tune then there is every chance in the world that it will lean out.

They did 3 tunes, the top two both over 300rwkw. See attached image. The air/fuel ratios are good too.Extreme Street Performance in Queanbeyan NSW performed the tune. Grant does plenty xr and typhoons and the car has no spikes or issues to report after running this power for approx 4,000kms.So the consensus is a retune. Cheers guys, I will definitely consider this prior to making any more mods.

Finnyman Member 28 Member For: 15y 10m 30d Posted 17/01/12 07:03 AM Share Posted 17/01/12 07:03 AM mate I just added a plazmaman pro series and cold side piping to my stock bf and runs great.... just changed the cooler so when I decide to tune her im ready to go. alex from plazmaman told me the cooler will run fine on its own, changing the cat and muffler will run fine on its own but not both together without tune...
