I just had them fitted to my car 245/45/18. Like Simon said, full throttle in 1st gear after stalling it up and no wheel spin at all. No wheel spin in 2nd in the wet. This is a stock FG auto. Lateral grip feels excellent too.

I think the road noise is very good. Not a problem at all. Have only had them at 100km/.

Got them from tire rack. Didn't have to pay the GST and duty even though it was over $1000.

Nelsonian101 have you got the tyres on yet?? If so please give us a review....

Finally had them fitted.

What can I say?

A new level of performance, and I've always had the best on my car from Goodyear Eagles Asymmetrics to Neova AD08's.

These Tires are the best I've put on my car, ben through alot now, Yokohama V103's, Goodyear eagle asymetircs, dunlops, falkens

First got the pilot supersport fited to the front at jaxquickfit tyrese here in Brissie. Cost over 700 each fitted for 245/35/r19.. Massive ripoff.

While I was there I asked for a quote to get 265's for the back, they wanted over $900 per tyre.. I ended up buying 2 265's from tirerack for $319 each, plus roughly 300 for shipping, so saved about $900 bucks. I will buy all my tires from this site from now on. Oh yeah, and they grip awesome, seem to handle the 410rwkw pretty good so far.

Aren't these basically the Pilot Sport 3 ??

If so yes they are a great performance tyre but wear wise are crap. I got 30,000 out of my Dunlop's but only managed 12,000 out of the Pilot Sport 3's.

Different tyre.

That is a bad result for the PS3 though. Was the car stock for both tyres?

Driving style now more aggressive? :)

My car only has the V8 airbox and a custom tune (270 at the wheels) and I didn't change my driving style treated them the same as I did the Dunlops.

I've got both Michelin PS3 on the rear and Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetrics 2s on the front - all 17's. I did have F1s on the rear before putting on the PS3s. I thought the PS3s were not as grippy in the wet as the F1s. I'll need to change out the PS3s in a few months so will be replacing them F1s. Not much different in price either  But I'm looking at around $250 per corner I'm guessing. Farrk $700 per corner is definitely out of my budget :nono:

Noooo.

Rear Michelin blew in Spectacular fashion while lane changing today on the freeway.

Had to limp at 20km/h with Hazards on, Easter Monday traffic to a service bay with trucks flying past.
