I wouldn't spend that money on a battery again. Also the AGM battery really needs to be charged at a higher rate than most alternators put out to get a good charge in it. I put a diode in a regulator to get it to charge at 15 volts. I have started using Fullriver batteries and alot cheaper and for the small size of the 28a/hr bat start the car fine. Bought my boat in 2006 that's how old the batterys are I have left them disconnected for 12 months and they have no trouble cranking 225hp merc. That's how I read it anyway lol, you have it hooked up in the engine bay..I see there are a heap of different chargers available, what's suitable to the falcon turbos/yellow tops?After reading about the blues I might even go one of them next time I need a battery.. You just hook it up to the battery posts and leave it in the engine bay and click it onto the charger unit when required.
