My BA has the same problem, and its the exhaust hitting the towbar mount.Fair bit of movement in the exhaust rubbers down the back.Also, have you greased between the leaves? Locktite 271 and a new lock nut fixed the issue. Also try checking your spare wheel is pulled up hard on the tray stops.
