No. And my comments weren't abusive or targeted at an individual like yours usually are. Mine was at Ford and the car itself.

And plenty of people have had stuff replaced after drag racing incidents over the years. Worst case it happened on the way there/back to spectate.

LOL. Rule for oneself and others it seems.

Always ways to get around the law, doesnt make it right or appropriate.

Nope, we are allowed to critise something Ford has done if we don't like it. Crising and attacking members is not allowed. Rules are clear as day and most people have no problem with them.

That wasn't the argument, it was that it is possible to get stuff replaced on a stock car if it happens at the drags. Whats the LAW have to do with it?

LOL to the first comment....ha ha.

Secondly, hmmm, let me think Sherlock........ahh, yes, someone takes photos of you are at the drags and then you present your car for warranty when something breaks. Then they see the pictures presented by reps at the event.......

Obviously refused. And with good reason. Or does the law (which applies to warranties) mean nothing to you because you are special in some way unlike the rest of the population?

But you have to lie to get it fixed right?

Yes mate you would to be covered.

If you mentioned drag racing you would have "rejected" stamped in less than a millisecond. Which is why I responded to Dillz trying to make out its ok when it isnt.....unless people are prepared to lie and that's a different story like anything in life.

Oh heaven forbid if they did, as Ford will always do the right thing by a customer and never try and get out of legitimate warranty claims.

Fact is if you break something at the drags in a stock car it is possible (but not guaranteed obviously) to get it fixed under warranty.

Endith.

If you were street racing a stock car and something broke, would you not try to get it covered under warranty??? Whats the big difference at a proper strip?

I agree with Mikas point though.. However I bet ford would try and wiggle out of it of thy knew you were street racing as you were 'operating outside the design parameters of the vehicle'.. I won't tell if you won't ;-)
