Its an issue with blocked IP address's appearing on telstra mobile connections. The guru's are working on it. Blame ICER 99% of the blocked IP's are because of him. (may or may not be true but he's a knob anyway)

Is this only thru Telstra phone internet? I have Telstra prepaid turbo stick, and dont have any trouble.

Just turn on airplane mode, wait 3 sec and then turn it off again.

Will work until the ip is blocked again, then repeat as above.

Telstra 3G assigns dynamic IPs, each time your data connection restarts you get a different IP.

Just to give a brief run-down of the issue - the forum software uses a black list from a common database of known bad IP addresses. Somewhere along the line someone has done something dodgy with the IP address you randomly get served and because it was previously blacklisted then you're blocked as well. Resetting your data connection, toggling airplane mode, or restarting your phone should get you a different IP.
