Ditto , did it for me as well , particularly the generous fleet discount,The rex's people were not vey flexible, otherwise I would probably been in one of those. Before I get flamed , I roooolly do believe I have made the right decision for my personal needs. ie speed, handling, comfort , appointments and space. Also was very close on an M3 and a C43 but went the Mustang for a number of reasons:Huge factory discounts from FordA large fan base of Mustang owners in AustraliaThe only RHD Mustangs produced by the Ford Motor Company in the WorldInitial depreciation will plateau and the true value of the car will be recognised in a few yearsSexy sound and looks and big balls performanceI was also very tempted on the GT but thought that in a year or two they will finally go lightweight and increase the power so the Mustang was the obvious choice. If the BA didn't have such great looks and performance, I wouldn't have bought a new car. I got the XR6T because that's about as far as my budget would stretch. I absolutely loved the 220kw motor. Quiet, quick & V8, I was in love.AXW01, (thank you pal,) came over 1 Sunday in his new XR6T, we went for a drive & holy crap batman, scratch out all previous thoughts & ordered XR6T. Thanks Al.Would like XR8, GT of course, but the discretion of the T is supreme.Scotty
