As for the Prius comment TAB, if you read the OPs first post you will realise he is relating turbo lag to not keeping up with a XT Falcon at the get-go, hence the whole point of this tread. His words, not mine......

Hence the Prius comment...nothing you do to a T will fix that. :brightidea:

Just left foot the brake and get the gas on early and save a pile of cash :)

I did try a softer spring in a BOV once and it wouldn't close unless the accelerator was well down. So this proved in my mind that too softer spring can cause some lag but I don't think it would in a standard Bosch BOV unless there was something wrong with it. As far as BOV size goes I figured that since some guys don't even have one it wouldn't matter if it was a bit small. Might just get a little flutter on the hard decel.

Stock bov vented was better for me than blocked. It didn't take long for it to start leaking so it's off again

As far as I know they all release air at idle stock and close once there is positive manifold pressure or was it leaking under boost?

Actually I must fit a boost gauge myself...

Antilag also stuffs your turbo pretty quickly, not recommended for on the street, 2 step would be better.
