So this proved in my mind that too softer spring can cause some lag but I don't think it would in a standard Bosch BOV unless there was something wrong with it. As far as BOV size goes I figured that since some guys don't even have one it wouldn't matter if it was a bit small. Might just get a little flutter on the hard decel.
