Now I want to install a BOV to reduce the lag but do I have to plumb it back in order to reduce the lag or just vent it? Currently running 14-15 psi! But I could be wrong.. Could the lag be more tune related?

I don't think it would make any difference to performance if it's plumb back or vented to atmo though.
