Hasn't this been an ongoing issue since the birth of the BA , I'm not a huge fan of nolathane bushes as this makes the ride to hard what are the options

There are a couple of other options. Nolathane do inserts for the stock bushes which will firm up the rear with not much added NVH without needing to drop the cradle saving $$. Then Superpro have their comfort series which sit inbetween full nolathane and stock, cradle needs to come out though, there is a slight increase in NVH

Depends on the year I guess. As mine was in the first batch I've had electrical faults - haha try finding them on a 'look over'...

Look for the screen to reset or flash. See if pre-set seat positions work. See if auto mirror dip works. Both these control modules have failed on mine.

Creaky aircon. On a hot day on 'auto' listen for lots of noises. Slowly developed and no fix from Ford so-far.

Leaky aircon - hot day feel the carpet up beside drivers foot area for dampness. Common problem and easy fix from Ford.

Outside temp, known to be hit an miss. Mines been replaced several times - latest is spot on.

Gearbox clunk, apparently an issue a few ZF's have had. Easy enough to find, mine is when auto shifts 2nd to 1st while under slight load, such as pulling up to drive slowly up a driveway. Could trial on a hill. Fords 'fix' was a sh*tty, slow shifting tune.

There's a couple of the things I can think of...

With my climate set on semi auto 22deg (around 30deg outside and with either vented or recirc) I get noticeable warmer air to my feet compared to the dash vents. It's not until I drop the temp to 19deg that this air gets close to the same temp as the dash vents. I realise there is air mixing occurring at some point but do others have this happening.

On a hot day the air coming out of the dash vents is cool(but not cold enough) and after about 20 seconds it goes warm for 5 seconds and then back to cool...ish. It definatly dosent remain cold continually, in any mode. Something is a miss. So yes mine does the same thing. On LOW it should be bloody freezing(like most cars) for as long as you want it too.
