Posted 01/11/14 03:29 PM Share Posted 01/11/14 03:29 PM Hey guysLooking for some help and advice on swapping over ZF's boxs.A good friend of mine is selling his car and has a built zf. We are planning on swapping with each other as he has taken his car back to stock. Ive heard of people having issues with the car not being compatible with the new box. How do we get around this? Both cars are BF's. Mine being a bf2 and his a bf1. He has all ready sold his xcal 3 but I still have mine. Ive been told of taking my car back to stock then re uploading the tune so the box then works with the car but does this still work if its only re uploading the ecu tune? Or do I have to have a ZF tune as well? What are our options for my mates car seeing as though he doesn't have a xcal 3 any more? Any other advice is much appreciated. Thanks guys.
