You heard my car then gave yours the stick didn't you? Plus a forum member posted not long ago about same noise and has a video of it, identical will try to find for you. Oh yes buy a SS you don't hear that many noises.

Dude if it goes away when the clutch is in then it's rollover noise. Bad case of it by the sound of it. Dump the fluid and fill 4.85L with tranzmax. If it doesn't get rid of it could also be a f*cked thrust bearing

Yep. The tr6060 is built with larger tolerances because it can handle a lot more power. The box will loosen up after x amount of k's. Since urs sounds like a bad case I would be checking oil level first. Take the reverse switch out and stick small cable tie in. It should come out with oil on it. You may have mineral oil in it out of ford. That oil needs to be dumped cause its sh*t.

Do you have std clutch in it? Would be checking the thrust bearing after the oil. It's unlikely but it may be out of position. Either that or it's about to let go. Usually gets ground on the inside to a powder.
