Now after having the FG for a year think it is time for a similar upgrade.Stepped coolerPipesF6 InjectorsTune.Anyone know if I can slide some of this into my lease as I way overestimated maintenance and fuel at the start of the year by a couple ok K and also sussing out next years budget. This is my first lease vehicles and not sure of limitations. Thinking of some wheels too maybee.Advise would be awesome.Cheers

When I've done mods I've always just paid out of my own pocket. I don't know what company you're with but mine likes to verify all work done before they cough up any cash (as Bel at Pitlane would testify!), and, quite frankly, "injectors and a tune" isn't really part of the normal service schedule. You're better off being under budget for the term of your lease and taking a nice payout at the end, or if your lease company allows you can scale back the amounts taken from your pay for a number of months prior to the conclusion of your lease, using up the excess balance. Don't forget that any money salary sacrificed will be taxed at your normal income tax rate when it is released to you (like when you take a package at work). I doubt they will allow you to mod it with tune etc. If you know someone that will put it down as repairs though they wouldn't care. I did all the mods to mine with my own cash. My mate got his maloo with tien suspension, twin 3 inch exhaust, cai and tune all in lease but the mods were done brand new and included in the new car lease. Another mate got a heap done to his mps at chip torque. Exhaust, wheels, suspension and tune so it can be done. Must depend on the lease company or what the shop puts the mods down as.Sent from my HTC Desire using TapatalkSent from my HTC Desire using Tapatalk

Maybee if I shove a stick through the cooler that may warrant a replacement cooler LOL. Every dollar counts so if I could make advantage of the tax breaks as well as the GST will save a fair bit of coin in the end.

Keen to know as I have injections to go in. Would love my tune for the injections to be paid or refunded by fleet somehow. Need a tuner to dodge up invoice for my next service maybe?
