Hi all,

just been told my standard OEM Torque Converter is on the way out its been in the car 9 years so its had a good run, so this question has probably been asked 100 times. What is a good torque Converter and what stall range would I be after the car is doing 320rwk so I am happy with that.

Just need a little help/input

Thanks

The 2800 is a good stall. I have done numerous runs to Newman from Perth (14 hours each way) with a trailer on the arse end with no issues. And when you put the boot in it jumps straight on boost.

Well it started with a loss of power low end and then ticking/rattling sound from the box when I put the car into drive and the car stopped, the sound only happens when the in drive and stopped... My Mech had a listen and new straight away what it was..
