You will head a click and it will come out.Remove the top cover. Place a screwdriver or hard plastic at the curve near the front of the cover. Leaver the screwdriver down to release the clip from its mount (do this on both sides). Then lift the cover up and towards you at the same time to clear the mount closest to you.Remove the top connector clips. Big one is for the ICC the smaller on the right is the blue tooth module connectorRemove the two Philips head screws X2(shown by the yellow arrows)Remove the small grey connector at the bottom of the unit (its similar to the others with a little push tab that needs to be pressed in order for It to release).Next remove the X4 8mm screws that mount the ICC to the dash frame. (shown by the 4 arrows in the pic below) two at the side and two at the rear.Place one hand on the top of the ICC and one below as shown in the next two pics. You will feel a lip at the bottom of the ICC this will help in getting a grip to remove the unit.Pull the ICC towards you. It will be firm. You will hear and feel a click when the unit releases (this is just the back harness connector releasing.)Thanks to user "MrFGXR6"Also somewhere it states not to turn it upside down either.
