Ba 6 Speed Master Cylinder

hi guys

I have a ba mark2 with a 6 speed and a heavy duty clutch . I broke the master cylinder a few weeks ago stupid plastic thing it is

has eny one had dramas with theses before

and is the a after market non plastic one

if not ill just have to shell out for a genuine one that will prob brake in the future

We now have New master cylinders for just $195 and New Alloy CSC's for $175, after all of the clutch kits we have fitted I have never had a Master Cylinder failure.

I broke 2 of these in my car - its the heavy pedal that does it, I ended up welding a steel ring on the end of the master cylinder pin, its not pretty but it hasn't broken...

Something like Mal's will probably be a gun bit of kit though...

well I made a really nice bit for the end a copy of the plastic one . but in steel . but I forgot to side a peice over the sleeve then welded it on and there was no way of fitting it with out cutting it off . kinda got abit grumpy proceeded to throw peice over the fence and decided to just buy a new one
