Also started taking Jack3D and that stuff is intense. I have taken Mesomorph before but never remember it making my feel so hyped. Someone said it was legal speed, so true..

Hey Mate,

If you want to try a pre-workout product that will give you genuine increases in athletic performance in the gym and not simply give you a mad rush, give this a go:

http://www.fitnesscentral.com.au/brand/cyborg_sport/cyborg_sport_bionic_600g_50_serves.htm

Been using this for the last month and I love it! Although it does have some stims in it, it doesn't have anywhere near the crazy amount seen in products like jack3d and mesomorph. The rest of the product is Aminos.

Products like jack3d and mesomorph are garbage as they don't contain enough of the active ingredients for them to do anything. The rest of the product is made up of stimulants and fillers. If you want a strong buzz just drink a really strong coffee, it's cheaper, lol.

So I keep getting dizzy and blurry vision after or even during a big workout.

Normal or not? Thought it was due to not controlling my breathing but I worked very hard on that today and still so dizzy that I nearly couldn't drive home lol.

And it was happening before I started taking Jack3D lol

def not normal mate but gee that doesnt sound good.

low blood pressure maybe? I know getting dizzy or light headed is a obvious symtom of this. but when training your blood is pumping so I maybe on the wrong track.

Also not enough water intake during the day can cause blurry vision and dizziness. Before your next workout try drinking 500mls water 30 mins before. Another tip, weigh yourself before workout, then after workout again. See how much you lost in sweat. So if lost 700 grams drink 700 mls of water straight after. Also drink while working out.
