Going to start training again tomorrow, trained a hard 3-4 years before just to lose it all in 1 year. Devastated, and sick of having an average body.

At my peak I was 91kg @ ~8% BF, about a year and a half later now and I'm ~75kg, estimated ~14% BF.

Not looking forward to observing how much my lifts have decreased, but looking forward to the great feeling of training and being at my best again.

Killed my gym membership over a year ago so I'll be using my own equip, at least to start with (~200kg olympic plates, 2 barbells, 4 dumbbells, leg extensions, lateral pull down extension, preacher pad, squat rack and some other little bits and pieces)

Wish me luck.

Yep good luck TOMT, don't worry Freak the other day just had no go and was struggling to do shoulders. Also had to put up with Staino giving me heaps about it. Just had no energy and tired as fark.
