ps. I'm serious what do you do to lose a gut?

I'm about 180 something tall and right now I'm 89kg. I fluctuate between 85 and 89kg and if I was 82 I'd be ok.

dude im 6'2" and am 97kgs... I have my 'winter' coat growing at the moment due to increased carbs...

as everyone else says, eat clean (better raw foods not processed) chicken, steak, tuna... and be careful or marinades as they contain a sh!t load of sugar... I rarely do cardio as I hit the gym at least 4 times a week for weights.
