Freak fix your diet, too much carbs and fat and not enough protien.

I have the same problem just hope I can loose it once I hit my goal.

Do you stop on those numbers Adie? if you do if feel you can get more go for it then increase weight.

I do stop at those numbers, but I make sure the weight is heavy enough that I don't feel like I could do any more

So hit a bit of a problem, my trainer was away cause his wifes having a baby so he got his boss to train me. He's trained me a couple of times before and I think his style suits me allot and I'm see to bang out allot better sessions.

Can't really just ditch my current one and swap but I feel I'm not doing as well with him as I could do with his boss.

He didnt do anything different,, its all in your head. Trust me.. I was lifting and struggling on 70kg chest barbell and my mate had to go toilet.. He snuck a extra 10kg on it and asked a random to spot me.. I did 2 sets like that with no help before I was told
