didn't do gym (yet) but keen to do it :P every day... but did shovel heaps of dirt yesterday :idunno:

I only need 3 days per week, full body, at the moment. I'll swap to a split when I need to but that wont be for a while.

yeah, I'm still just doing 3 days per week full body, but always thinking about doing more ;)
