Fark doing all of that again, I just got a gym membership so I can actually train properly through summer, instead of dying out the arse.

For example, I (at 78kg, 36yo male) can out-deadlift you at my maximum (145kg x 1, last time I tested it a few years ago, I'm sure I could lift more if I trained for it) but I can't squat anywhere near 200kg (again, I don't train it specifically, but 100kg feels bloody heavy to me in a raw squat to competition depth, so I doubt my 1RM would be much more than 100kg without training specifically for it). It's also super-unusual to have a much heavier squat than a deadlift, like in your example (135x1 Deadlift & 200x2 squat). The common parlance, in kg's, for 1RM's is to aim for is ~2.5-3x bodyweight for deadlift, ~2x bodyweight for squat and ~1.5x bodyweight for bench to be really lifting big numbers... you're currently at 2.7x squat if that's all true 😮 hence the fact you're around WR numbers if they're true, which usually take many many years to train specifically for (8-12 years, is the usual requirement)

Because I haven’t done proper BBsquat in ages because of my knees but assuming my progress follows the same linear line my numbers above are a conservative estimate… for reference… video below is me raw dogging 200kg for reps on hack squat, pretty easily… no belt, no knee braces, I can knock out 8 reps of 200kg pretty easy… and that was after volume sets of 120-180kg prior…. current body weight 74kgs as in the vid. Plus, nobody includes the "preload" in their totals on machines as when you set them to no weight, they basically feel like a bodyweight movement of the same type (+-20kg or so)... I can lift over 300kg (loaded, has something like ~40-50kg pre-load) on the leg-press machine for plenty of reps (it is a lift I train, of course) for example, but it's pointless numbers when used for any sort of comparison so I don't use them for comparisons, only to my own personal regular lifting A barbell squat is a considerably more difficult lift than one of those machines, for equivalent machine loaded weight versus weight+bar on the squat. None of that is to say your results aren't bloody impressive, either way

Keep us posted, be interesting... Hey great results Mrs Jeturbo, you're an inspiration, just goes to show what can be done when you put in the work, great tennis ball biceps 💪🏻 😁
