If you can do 10, you're doing pretty well, with pull-ups... for me it's one of my strongest "lifts" so of course I can be doing plenty and some weighted ones.

 

For reference, bench-press & shoulder-press are my weak points.

Nah man, electric train the whole way, I don't even chew :w00t2: Mastication on the other hand, lets just say at least one of my wrists was warmed up before I went out there :roflmbo:

Middle of the week workout, easy squats, some pressing and some deadlifting. Gonna have a post workout meal of 6 lollies and 6 beers, calories in vs calories out amiright?!
