Let's see if those high rep weeks translate into strength today. I'm only aiming for 5 to 7 reps and 3 sets with 3 minute rest breaks. Basically the easiest thing I've done for a while, so I should be able to add some weight to the bar. Haha I'll tell yas in a couple of hours lol. Everything did go up in weight by as much as I'd hoped, the squat could've easily been more but no need to go too crazy. 1rms are higher than they've ever been, but I won't try them out for a few months.
